About Final Summary Reports
At the conclusion of every COPA investigation, we produce a Final Summary Report detailing our analysis of the evidence gathered and a summary of our findings and recommendations.
In February 2023, COPA started using a new Final Summary Template that will improve the timeliness of our closure process. Cases that were closed after that point will follow the new template. Our case portal also contains older cases that were closed using the old template.
