Mikva Challenge’s Soapbox Event at Jones College Prep
COPA’s Chief Administrator Andrea Kersten participated in a youth civic engagement and advocacy forum hosted by Mikva Challenge. During this event, the agency was able to share the agency role in police oversight in the city of Chicago and also listen to youth perspectives concerning various community issues including policing.
Centro Comunitario Juan Diego Resource Fair
COPA attended Centro Comunitario Juan Diego Resource Fair in South Chicago. At this outreach event COPA was able to set up a resource table and share its agency role in police misconduct.
