COPA’s First Deputy Chief Administrator Ephraim Eaddy plans to attend BUILD Chicago Black Table Luncheon on Monday, February 19, 2024. This unique event brings together Black youth from across the city to meet with over 20 of Chicago’s most influential and accomplished Black leaders. First Deputy Eaddy will be one of 20 leaders who will be able to share what it takes to be successful, to overcome challenges, to generate impact, and build a legacy.
