This post was updated May 11, 2022, to include all relevant video, audio, and Chicago Police Department records in COPA’s possession that are required to be released related to the use of force in this officer-involved shooting and the events immediately following it. A previous court order entered on September 9, 2020, in the case of People v. Lovelle Jordan, No 20 CR-0766401, that prohibited COPA’s release is no longer in place.
