COPA initially closed this investigation on July 7, 2023 and CPD responded with a non-concurrence. On September 21, 2023, COPA reopened the case pursuant to a request by the Public Safety Inspector General, and issued an updated FSR and CPD updated its non-concurrence. PO Lisciandrello resigned prior to the resolution of the non-concurrence in this matter.
NOTE: The release of all Final Summary Reports is mandated pursuant to the City of Chicago Municipal Code (Section 2-78-145, viewable here) and the Consent Decree in State of Illinois v. City of Chicago (17-cv-6260, paragraph 499, viewable here).
