COPA initially completed this investigation on October 30, 2020. On February 23, 2021, pursuant to a request from CPD, COPA reopened the investigation for further investigation. COPA reclosed the case on May 5, 2021. The original Final Summary Report, CPD’s letter requesting further investigation, and COPA’s Supplemental Summary Report are all included below.
