Charlotte Seiler, Director of Training and Professional Development

Charlotte Seiler is the Director of Training and Professional Development with the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA). She holds a master’s degree in Sociology, with a Criminal Justice emphasis, from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. While attending UMKC’s master’s program, Ms. Seiler was a Teaching and Research Assistant where she collected and analyzed data for various agencies in the community, including the Overland Park Police Department. Before employment with COPA, Ms. Seiler was a Training Coordinator with the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, where she created and delivered training programs for Court employees. Ms. Seiler is also an Adjunct Professor in Sociology at Johnson County Community College where she teaches online Introduction to Sociology and Social Problems courses.
